1. Return Eligibility
You may return most items within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery for a full refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.
1.1 Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet ALL of the following conditions:
- Item is unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
- Item shows no signs of wear, use, alteration, or damage
- All original tags, labels, dust bags, authenticity cards, and accessories are attached and included
- Item is in its original packaging (box, dust bag, or protective wrapping)
- You have proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or order confirmation email)
- The return is initiated within the 30-day return window from the delivery date
1.2 Items That Must Be in Original Condition
For handbags and fashion wearables specifically:
- Handbags: Must not have been carried or used. Protective plastic on hardware must still be attached. No scratches, scuffs, or marks on leather, canvas, or hardware. Interior must be clean with no signs of use.
- Wallets & Small Leather Goods: Must not have been used or had cards inserted. No stretching, marks, or wear.
- Fashion Accessories (scarves, belts, hats, etc.): Must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached. No odors, stains, or signs of wear.
- Sunglasses & Eyewear: Must have no scratches on lenses or frames. Case, cleaning cloth, and all original packaging must be included.
- Jewelry: Must be unworn. No tarnishing, scratches, or stretching. Original packaging and pouches must be included.
2. How to Initiate a Return
Step 1: Contact Us Within 30 Days
Email us at contact@andelion.shop with the subject line: "Return Request — [Your Order Number]"
Or submit a return request through our contact page at andelion.store/pages/contact.
Step 2: Provide the Following Information
- Your full name and email address associated with the order
- Order number (found in your order confirmation email)
- The specific item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return (select one):
- Changed mind / Didn't like it
- Wrong size / Doesn't fit
- Not as described / Color mismatch
- Defective or damaged
- Received wrong item
- Other (please specify)
- Condition of the item
- For defective/damaged items: Attach clear photos showing the issue
Step 3: Receive Return Authorization
Within 1–2 business days, our customer service team will review your request and send you:
- A Return Authorization Number (RAN)
- Detailed return instructions specific to your return reason
- A prepaid return shipping label (if the return is due to our error: defective, damaged, or incorrect item)
- Our return shipping address (for all other returns)
- An estimated processing timeline
Important: Do not return any item without first obtaining a Return Authorization Number. Unauthorized returns may be refused or subject to a 20% restocking fee.
3. Return Shipping
3.1 Our Error (Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items)
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:
- We will email you a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you
- Print the label and attach it securely to your return package
- Drop off the package at the designated carrier location (USPS, UPS, or FedEx as specified)
- Keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed
3.2 Customer's Choice (Change of Mind, Size, Color, etc.)
If you are returning an item for reasons other than our error:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
- Ship the item to the return address provided with your Return Authorization
- We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable for customer-choice returns
3.3 Packaging Your Return
To ensure your return is accepted:
- Place the item in its original packaging (dust bag, box, or protective wrapping)
- Include all original tags, labels, authenticity cards, and accessories
- Include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation
- Write your Return Authorization Number (RAN) clearly on the outside of the package
- Use a sturdy shipping box or padded envelope to prevent damage in transit
- Use a trackable shipping method and retain your tracking number
4. Refunds
4.1 Inspection and Approval
Once we receive your returned item:
- We will inspect it within 2 business days of receipt
- We will send you an email notification confirming receipt of your return
- We will notify you of approval or rejection within 3–5 business days
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

4.3 Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase:
- Credit/Debit Card: 5–10 business days (processing time varies by bank)
- Shop Pay: 3–5 business days
- Apple Pay / Google Pay: 3–5 business days
- PayPal: 3–5 business days
Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
4.4 Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 14 business days from our approval notification:
- Check your bank account and credit card statement again
- Contact your credit card company or bank — processing delays are common
- Contact PayPal directly if you paid via PayPal
- If you still have not received your refund, email us at contact@andelion.shop with your order number and return tracking information
4.5 Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:
- Item is returned with missing tags, dust bag, or original packaging (10–20% deduction)
- Item shows minor signs of handling that does not affect resale (10–30% deduction)
- Item is returned after the 30-day window but within 45 days (at our discretion, 20% restocking fee)
5. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for the following situations:
5.1 Our-Error Exchanges (Defective, Damaged, Wrong Item)
- We will replace the item with the same product at no additional cost
- If the same item is unavailable, we will offer a full refund or store credit
- We provide a prepaid return shipping label
- Your replacement ships within 1–3 business days of receiving your returned item
5.2 Customer-Initiated Exchanges (Size, Color Preference)
For exchanges due to size or color preference:
- Please return the original item for a refund following the return process above
- Place a new order for the desired size or color on our Site
- This ensures faster processing and guarantees availability of your preferred item
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@andelion.shop
- Include your order number in the subject line
- Attach clear, well-lit photos showing:
- The damaged or defective area (close-up)
- The overall item
- The original packaging
- We will review your claim within 1 business day
- If approved, we will offer one of the following at your choice:
- Full replacement (same item)
- Full refund to original payment method
- Store credit for the full amount (valid for 12 months)
- We will email you a prepaid return shipping label for the damaged/defective item
Note: Items damaged due to normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, or improper care are not considered defective and are not eligible for exchange or refund under this section.
7. Order Cancellations
7.1 Before Shipment
You may cancel your order for a full refund if it has not yet been shipped. Contact us immediately at contact@andelion.shop with your cancellation request. Include your order number. We process cancellation requests within 4 hours during business hours (Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM MST).
7.2 After Shipment
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return after receiving the item by following the return process outlined above.
7.3 Order Modifications
If you need to change your shipping address, item, or size before shipment, contact us immediately at contact@andelion.shop. We will accommodate changes if the order has not yet been processed.
8. Final Sale and Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Final Sale Items: Products marked "Final Sale," "Clearance," "Non-Returnable," or sold at 50% or greater discount
- Personalized/Customized Items: Monogrammed, engraved, embossed, or otherwise customized handbags and accessories
- Intimate/Apparel Items: Items classified as intimate apparel for hygiene reasons (if applicable to fashion wearables)
- Gift Cards: Digital or physical gift cards
- Items Damaged by Customer: Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, accidents, improper storage, or unauthorized alterations
- Items Without Original Packaging: Products returned without original dust bags, boxes, tags, or authenticity cards
- Items Returned Without RAN: Unauthorized returns without a valid Return Authorization Number
9. International Returns
For orders shipped outside the United States:
- The same 30-day return window applies from the date of delivery
- Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and any customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees
- Mark the package as "RETURNED GOODS — WARRANTY REPAIR" on customs forms to avoid duties
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method with insurance
- Original international shipping costs are non-refundable
- Refunds will be issued in USD at the current exchange rate; your bank or card issuer may charge conversion fees
10. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and approved, a gift certificate code will be emailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue the refund to the original purchaser.
