1. Order Processing
1.1 Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays).
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- During high-volume periods (product launches, sales events, holiday seasons), processing may take up to 5 business days. We will notify you if there is a delay.
1.2 Order Verification
All orders are subject to verification and fraud screening. We may contact you to verify payment information or shipping details, which may delay processing. Orders flagged for review will be held until verification is complete.
1.3 Order Confirmation
After placing your order:
- You will receive an order confirmation email with your order number and summary
- Once your order ships, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation email with tracking information
- If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, please check your spam folder or contact us
1.4 Order Modifications
If you need to change your shipping address or modify your order, contact us immediately at contact@andelion.shop. We can only modify orders that have not yet been processed for shipment.

2.2 Special Destinations
- Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories: Standard Shipping delivers in 8–12 business days. Expedited and Express shipping options are available at checkout.
- APO/FPO/DPO Addresses: Shipped via USPS only. Delivery takes 10–20 business days. Tracking updates may be limited.
- P.O. Boxes: Shipped via USPS only.
2.3 Free Shipping
We offer free Standard Shipping on all domestic orders over $75 USD. Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout for qualifying orders.
3. International Shipping
We proudly ship to customers across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. International shipping availability and rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and dimensions.

3.2 Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, and other charges imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are collected by the carrier or customs office upon delivery.
- Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Contact your local customs office for specific information.
- Customs clearance may cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
- We accurately declare the value and contents of all international shipments as required by law. We cannot mark items as "gifts" or declare lower values.
- If you refuse a shipment due to customs charges, the package will be returned to us, and we will issue a refund for the item cost only (original and return shipping costs are non-refundable).
3.3 Currency and Pricing for International Orders
- All transactions are processed in USD. Currency conversion is handled by your bank or payment provider.
- Prices displayed in other currencies are estimates for reference only.
- Your bank or card issuer may charge foreign transaction fees (typically 1–3%).

5. Shipping Rates
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, dimensions, destination, and selected shipping method.
- Free Standard Shipping on US orders over $75
- Shipping promotions are applied automatically at checkout when applicable
- Rates are subject to change based on carrier pricing adjustments
6. Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct link to track your package.
- You can also track your order by logging into your account on andelion.store and viewing your order history.
- Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to activate after shipment.
- For international orders, tracking updates may be less frequent once the package leaves the United States.
7. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
7.1 Lost Packages
If your tracking number shows no movement for 7 business days past the estimated delivery date, or if your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it:
- Check with neighbors, building management, front desk, or household members
- Verify your shipping address on your order confirmation
- Contact the carrier directly (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) with your tracking number
- If still unresolved, contact us at contact@andelion.shop within 7 days of the expected delivery date
We will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will offer a replacement (if available) or a full refund.
7.2 Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged:
- Take clear photos of the damaged outer packaging before opening
- Take photos of the damaged item(s) inside
- Contact us at contact@andelion.shop within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos
- Keep all original packaging materials — the carrier may require inspection
We will work with you to file a carrier claim and arrange a replacement or full refund.
7.3 Stolen Packages
ANDELION is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided but subsequently stolen. To protect against theft:
- Consider shipping to your workplace or a secure location
- Request signature confirmation at checkout (available for most shipping methods)
- Use a package locker service or hold at a carrier facility
- Track your package and arrange to be present for delivery
For stolen packages, we recommend filing a police report and checking with your homeowner's or renter's insurance. We will assist with carrier claims on a case-by-case basis.
8. Address Issues
8.1 Incorrect Address
- You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.
- If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at contact@andelion.shop. We can update the address only if the order has not yet shipped.
- Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are the customer's financial responsibility. We are not liable for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense or issue a refund minus original and return shipping costs.
8.2 Undeliverable Packages
Packages may be returned to us as undeliverable due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Refused delivery
- Failed delivery attempts (carrier-specific policy)
- Unclaimed packages held past carrier holding period
- Recipient moved or unknown at address
When we receive an undeliverable package, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense or issue a refund minus original and return shipping costs.
9. Holiday Shipping
During major holidays (Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, New Year's), please note:
- Order processing and carrier operations may experience delays
- We recommend placing holiday orders at least 10–14 business days before the holiday
- Specific holiday shipping deadlines will be posted on our Site and announced via email during peak seasons
- Our warehouse is closed on the following US federal holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day
